|Recommended: YesI think this is the perfect place to live for boise state students — Overall, it's a really good space to live in and it's a good apartment complex to meet new people. It is way nicer than some of the other apartments, and even though the rent is higher, you get your moneys worth.

|Recommended: YesPretty Solid — I just want to say that the walls to the hallways are paper thin, so you hear practically everything. We got a knock on our door from a security guard to be more quite when the only thing we were doing was watching a show at 12 volume on our living room tv. I get that we need to be more quite after midnight and school nights but I think if someone has a problem with the noise, they should just come talk to us personally and we should get more slack on the noise because the walls don't block out anything
|Recommended: YesOverall Great, little noisy messy — The living experience here overall is great. If you have a parking pass parking is not a problem if not good luck getting a parking spot late at night. It gets noisy sometimes but no issues sleeping. It gets messy on the weekends when there are parties such as cans in the hallway and the exit signs get broken all the time and it sometimes smells like weed. The WiFi is good and the gym is small but never crowded. Overall 4 5 would recommend.
|Recommended: YesLa Pointe 2019-2020 Lease Review — La Pointe is such a great place to live I am a new resident as of this year, and I have nothing but great things to say so far. The apartment itself is perfectly functional and is designed beautifully, with great views and plenty of room to host guests and live comfortably. It is so nice to have your own bathroom, and that the apartment comes fully furnished. I have already renewed my lease through July of 2021 because I love this complex so much The covered parking is great, very well lit and extremely clean. It's so nice to not have to worry about finding a parking spot because we all know how much of a hassle that is here in downtown Boise and very secure. Thank you La Pointe for a great experience so far and for taking such great care of your residents

|Recommended: YesNice, spacious, but can be loud — The apartment and amenities are very nice, very spacious, with high-end finishes. However, it is sad that most of the residents trash and disrespect this place. The management is very professional but it seems as though they are always trying to catch up on cleanliness and fix what other residents purposefully break.
The walls are also thin, or they have no insulation because noise is expected throughout the entire day.
Parking is ok, at least there are enough spots in the completely covered parking garage and is completed gated and secure.
Overall, this apartment is worth the and makes me feel safe.
|Recommended: YesLa Pointe is a nice place to live. — I've only been here for a few months, but my time here has been great. My only complaint is that sound travels quite well through walls, so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. However, if you have a good relationship with them, you can work out a system where you ask for quiet if you need to study, sleep,etc.
