submitted by Jack B. - |Recommended: YesVery fun, inclusive and adventourous — This is a great place to live for a college student, amazing community full of friendly people.
submitted by Kelsey H. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live for a short period of time. — Has great amenities and what you need while attending school. Very close walking distance to Boise State's Art and Business buildings as well as down town. Can sometimes hear neighbors up late playing music, but turn on a box fan and it blocks out any noise at night. I don't recommend trying to get out of your lease early, it can be a bit of a hassle. It is one of the more pricey options around campus, but has all you could need or want. There are cheaper options around Boise, especially if there are people you could live with. I was a grad student and unfamiliar with the area so my options were limited and LaPointe was a good option.

It is way nicer than some of the other apartments, and even though the rent is higher, you get your moneys worth.
submitted by Cecilia R. - |Recommended: YesPricey — There are many extra charges on top of what we already pay. It is so expensive for what we are getting
submitted by Jayce K. - |Recommended: YesLIT, POPS OFF ON THE WEEKENDS — It gets lit af, live here.
submitted by Makayla K. - |Recommended: YesOk — It’s a nice building but the hallways are always dirty and stinky.
submitted by Karson L. - |Recommended: YesPretty Solid — I just want to say that the walls to the hallways are paper thin, so you hear practically everything. We got a knock on our door from a security guard to be more quite when the only thing we were doing was watching a show at 12 volume on our living room tv. I get that we need to be more quite after midnight and school nights but I think if someone has a problem with the noise, they should just come talk to us personally and we should get more slack on the noise because the walls don't block out anything

If you have a parking pass parking is not a problem if not good luck getting a parking spot late at night. It gets noisy sometimes but no issues sleeping. It gets messy on the weekends when there are parties such as cans in the hallway and the exit signs get broken all the time and it sometimes smells like weed. The WiFi is good and the gym is small but never crowded. Overall 4 5 would recommend.

The apartment itself is perfectly functional and is designed beautifully, with great views and plenty of room to host guests and live comfortably. It is so nice to have your own bathroom, and that the apartment comes fully furnished. I have already renewed my lease through July of 2021 because I love this complex so much The covered parking is great, very well lit and extremely clean. It's so nice to not have to worry about finding a parking spot because we all know how much of a hassle that is here in downtown Boise and very secure. Thank you La Pointe for a great experience so far and for taking such great care of your residents
response from property -Thank you so much for the kind review, Jesse! We are so thrilled that you are staying with us next year and that you are enjoying your experience here at La Pointe! :)
submitted by Brycelynn T. - |Recommended: YesNice, spacious, but can be loud — The apartment and amenities are very nice, very spacious, with high-end finishes. However, it is sad that most of the residents trash and disrespect this place. The management is very professional but it seems as though they are always trying to catch up on cleanliness and fix what other residents purposefully break. The walls are also thin, or they have no insulation because noise is expected throughout the entire day. Parking is ok, at least there are enough spots in the completely covered parking garage and is completed gated and secure. Overall, this apartment is worth the and makes me feel safe.

My only complaint is that sound travels quite well through walls, so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. However, if you have a good relationship with them, you can work out a system where you ask for quiet if you need to study, sleep, etc.

submitted by Madison B. - |Recommended: YesGreat place — love la pointe, but loud and expensive
submitted by Avery H. - |Recommended: YesVery well designed. — I would tell them, that is a very comfortable and safe place for a college student to live and enjoy their living experience.
submitted by Tyler F. - |Recommended: YesVery good — Great place to live
