Staff Amazing Apartments very nice Noise not so greatsubmitted by Elizabeth C. - |Recommended: YesI have never met a more friendly staff in my life from the managers office people to the maintenance staff. They are all wonderful The noise and partying here were pretty bad though. I could have just had really bad luck with who all my neighbors were but it made it really difficult at times. Otherwise the building is very nice, I love the location, the underground parking garage was super convenient, I got matched with a great roommate, and overall I really enjoyed living here
I like living here. Good location and floor plan.submitted by Koby K. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live with great amenities.
Friendly staff, tidy grounds, very close to campus.submitted by Ryan W. - |Recommended: YesI think that all attributes are up to standards such as parking, cleanliness, friendly staff, maintenance, and others. But, my only negative point has to do with having a room on the north side of the building, as there is a lot of noise. This is the side of the building that shares a road with the neighboring apartment complex, River's Edge. Although it is not advertised on the website, I think it would be helpful to future residences who are sensitive to noise to know that they will hear more noise than the other 3 sides of the LaPointe building. If I had known that there would be this much noise for 3 days of the week, I would have tried to get into the other sides of the building for less noise. I particularly think that the west side is the most quiet.
A good place for students to live off campussubmitted by Logan C. - |Recommended: YesI would tell them its like a dorm but with more mature people and off campus

It is a very nice place.submitted by Kody B. - |Recommended: YesIt is a nice place to live, it is fully furnished and has covered parking.
Close to campus and downtown.submitted by Shawn P. - |Recommended: Noit is convenient being close to campus it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk. clean and quiet for the most part. the reason I wouldn't recommend it is the price, its not much more than the surrounding off campus housing, but realizing that you and your roommates together pay around 3,000 for a room each month 4 person room plus parking 755 per person makes me wish i would have found roommates to rent a house for I'm sure much less a month. then when offered a special early lease for the following year you find out they want to raise your rent even higher. some people might find the amenities and location worth it but for me it isn't.
One of the best apartmentssubmitted by Kayla K. - |Recommended: YesIt s perfect. The only thing that kind of sucks is how well you can here the people above you.
I love the people and the location from the universitysubmitted by Taylor W. - |Recommended: YesI would tell them to apply here
It isi very nicesubmitted by Brittany J. - |Recommended: YesIt is nice to live here, the only downside is that it is kind of pricey. Also the water in the showers does not get very hot, which is a bummer, and you can hear neighbors, no matter how quiet they are trying to be.
Nicesubmitted by Karolyne C. - |Recommended: Nonice place, but the roommate matching was not good. my roommate is horrible to me
Great place to live atsubmitted by Fernando C. - |Recommended: YesI loved living here I plan on renewing my lease but hopefully I get quieter roommates.
Not Shabbysubmitted by Matthew M. - |Recommended: YesMy only problem with La Pointe is that some of the commodities that are being paid for, do not work the majority of the time. Two of the grills do not work, the trash chute on the second floor is locked a lot of the time, there are many parking spaces that are not usable due to the size of them, and the printer rarely ever works. Lastly, the wifi is very spotty sometimes. The best thing about La Pointe though, is the care that the employees have, the cleanliness of the apartment complex as a whole, and how secure and safe the building is. It is all around a great place to live, it just needs a little bit more love sometimes.
